Man!!! can we say solitude?!... do we call this an island or... beacon... or, a tree? either way, those birds are in a safe place :) love the contrast of empty to full... super cool :) haha! I bet the Cardinals feel this way regarding this coming Superbowl. but, but, but.. :)

Real Estate Update: Pretty interesting graph for what's going on nation wide. Interestingly further, most Phoenix metro markets [zip codes] are between 70-80% of the peak value. Meaning in 2006 a worth $265k is now worth between $190k-210k. Good to see things coming back though :)
